PHP 7 enables PHP functionalities on your WordPress dashboard to run 3X faster than previous versions of PHP. Extension of core classes and changes to all backward incompatibility is strongly encouraged with PHP 7. To test and report the new PHP 7 at Cloudways, you can refer to the article on Benchmarking and Speed Testing of PHP 7 on WordPress.

    1. IMHO, it’s worth if you want to have more controls to your VPS. Cloudways is better than SeverPilot in some areas like: support WP multisite, support other PHP apps, configurable CPU and RAM.

  1. Cloudways will send a threatning email to stop and delete your server within 24 hours of a credit card charge failing. I can understand this after a couple of attempts but not after the first one.

We sent you an email a while ago about an unpaid invoice in your Cloudways account.

Unluckily we haven’t been able to charge it and you haven’t cleared it from your end.

Remember that you can pay it via Paypal if you have issues with your card.
If the invoice is not settled in the next 24h your server(s) will be first stopped and then deleted.
